Impact on mail delivery of increased inbound mail volumes at certain destinations

We made arrangements to secure additional transport capacity and requested overseas postal operators for their cooperation in handling our mail volumes as smoothly as possible during the holiday peak season such as Christmas and New Year.

However, because of the impact of larger inbound mail volumes at certain destinations, there may be a considerable delay in the delivery of mail items due to the capacities of the airlines and the longer time needed for inbound mail processing and customs clearance, especially for items to European and Asian countries such as Germany and China.
