Description of Contents
When sending items overseas, a customs declaration form is required for items containing articles with a declarable value, such as goods, because the items may be subject to customs inspection. Please input accurate and detailed data of contents when making labels with the International Mail My Page Service.
When the included information is not accurate, customs inspection procedures in the destination country may take longer than usual or the mail may be returned or confiscated.
How to input contents

Input the product name, quantity, weight, the price of the articles in English (preferably) or French.
- When you use International Mail My Page Service, please input the information in half-width alphanumeric.
- Be sure to attach the required invoices and other documents.
Be advised that the sender is liable for the information provided on the customs declaration form, and Japan Post will not be responsible for any information required by Japan Post's International Mail Provisions Article 96.
