Please note that there may be delays in deliveries of postal items because of holidays associated with the Lunar New Year period in the following Asian countries and territories.

Hong Kong	Mon., January 23 - Wed., January 25	△	△	×	×	・On January 23 and January 24, Exchange Office and Customs operations are carried out for inbound items to Hong Kong only.

Vietnam	Mon., January 21- Sat., January 28	×	×	×	×	・All operations are suspended throughout the Lunar New Year period. ・Inquiry operations are suspended until January 29 and resume on January 30.

(1)	Exchange office operations refer to the processing of international postal items sent from Japan or items addressed to Japan.
(2)	Customs operations refer to customs clearance for international postal items.

(3)	Inquiry operations refer to tracking and investigation for international postal items.
