The designated postal operators of the United States of America have informed us that there may be delays in mail delivery in the Midwestern areas of the United States of America due to a cold wave. In addition, there may also be delays in delivery in other areas of the United States of America due to the impact of the cold wave.
Furthermore, there may also be considerable delays in delivery of mail sent to Japan from the Midwestern areas of the United States of America.
