Temporary suspension of Cool EMS Items to Vietnam

NOTICE: Cool EMS service for Vietnum has returned to normal operations as of 2 December 2019

Due to the cancelation of a scheduled flight, Japan Post will temporarily suspend acceptance of Cool EMS Items to Vietnam from October 28th to November 26th, 2019.
