We have temporarily restricted acceptance of Cool EMS only to Taiwan due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, but some post offices will resume acceptance to certain areas in Vietnam.

- Please click here for the acceptance dates for Cool EMS to Vietnam from Monday, February 6.
- Post offices resuming acceptance on Tuesday will start accepting items from Tuesday, February 7.
- Please send an advance application form (Japanese Version Only) by FAX to the post office before noon five days before the desired mailing date.
