We have temporarily restricted acceptance of Cool EMS only to Taiwan and Vietnam due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, but some post offices will resume acceptance to Singapore and certain areas in Malaysia.

- Post offices resuming acceptance on Tuesday will start accepting items from Tuesday, March 28.
- Please send an advance application form (Japanese Version Only) by FAX to the post office before noon five days before the desired mailing date.
