Thank you for using our UGX service.
The global rise in fuel prices for international shipments and the depreciation of the yen have necessarily increased the cost of maintaining our international delivery network.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that the emergency additional charge for UGX shipments to the U.S. and Canada will be revised as shown in the table below, effective for shipments accepted beginning from October 1, 2023*.
Please note that the emergency surcharge will be applied temporarily and will be removed as soon as the situation regarding international shipments improves.
- Acceptance date for UGX Amazon FBA Bundle-and-Ship Discount Plan refers to the date of shipment from the UGX center.
