Resumption of acceptance of Cool EMS in the Kyushu area |

We have temporarily restricted acceptance of Cool EMS only in the eastern part of Japan, but some post offices in the Kyushu area will resume acceptance of Cool EMS.
Please fax an advance application form to the post office before noon five days before the desired shipping date.

The only available destinations for Cool EMS from the Kyushu area are Taiwan, Singapore and Vietnam. Please note that service to Malaysia is unavailable.
