We would like to make a notification on partial changes in the handling of postal items and Yu-Pack parcels sent to areas with delivery difficulty due to the impact of the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake as follows.

- Please refer to Exhibit 1 for the details of the handling of postal items and Yu-Pack parcels in areas with delivery difficulty.
