Usage fee
In addition to the postages of postal item/packages, you need to pay the charge for the specification of delivery date.

- Delivery date cannot be designated for the third class mail, Braille materials, fourth class mails other than acceptance-recorded mailed item, and parcels other than Yu-Mail.
- As a general rule, any date within 10 days from three days after the deposit date can be designated as the delivery date.

Fill in the preferred date of delivery in the sticker for the specification of delivery date prepared at post offices, and submit to the counter by affixing it to the postal items. |
Upon usage
- It can be used only for first class mail, second class mail, Braille materials, sound recordings intended solely for the use of the visually impaired, Yu-Mail, Yu-Mail for persons with disabilities.
- It cannot be used in combination with optional services other than registered mail, certification of acceptance time, delivery certification, certification of contents (excluding Braille certification of contents), special delivery of civil procedure code documents, acceptance-recorded mail, and cash on delivery.
- Charge-free delivery date specification service is available for Yu-Pack parcels.
- As a general rule, the date is be within 10 days from three days after the deposit date. This may not apply to areas where it takes more than three days for delivery. For further information, please contact the depositing post office.
