Trouble Regarding EMS I have not received EMS mail from overseas that should have been delivered by now. Is there any way I can trace it? |
You can trace it via the Track & Trace Service, but the data are not available if the item has not arrived in Japan yet. In that case, you can trace your EMS item via the official website of the designated postal operator in the country of origin, if they have a website. If you want to trace an item that has not arrived in Japan yet, please request an investigation by using the EMS Inquiry.
