When I input my email address to register, I receive the error message, "This email address has been registered."

The email address you input has been already registered.
If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it from the top page of My Page.
If you would like to make new account (to use this service from multiple accounts), please register with a different email address.
If you have no idea why you are getting this error message, please contact the My Page service office directly.
