FAQ Even though multiple HS codes have been entered when creating labels for Small Packets, Printed Matter, etc., only one of the HS codes will actually be printed. Are all the other HS codes being transmitted? |
Regarding Small Packets, International ePacket Light, Printed Matter, and other regular mails, even when multiple HS codes are entered via the International Mail My Page Service, only one will be printed on the label, but in the form of EAD, all codes will be sent to the destination country/territory.
Regarding shipments to EU member countries, etc., customs in the destination country/territory will mainly verify customs notification information via EAD. Therefore, it is not necessary to add HS codes by hand or otherwise that are not printed on the label (you can do so, however).
