FAQ When will the EAD be sent overseas? |
The timing for the sending of EAD varies depending on the product.
- Items with tracking service (EMS, international parcels, registered small packets, etc.) EAD will be sent overseas at the time the item is collected.
- Items without tracking service (such as small packets without registered service) EAD will be sent overseas at the time the label is printed.
- If you delete the label data on the Shipping History List screen immediately after printing the label on the International Mail My Page service, the EAD may not be sent overseas correctly.
